After completing another sketchpad I thought it was time I put some of it down in my blog. Know that nobody is trying to sell completely filled in skethcpads in Etsy, the closest entity you get is leather bound sketch pad covers. Which have beautiful detail but no drawings other than those that the cover is decorated with. those ones cost around £50. a blank sketchpad before you start goes for £5 but you might want to investigate the quality and specify a higher size, A5 works for me most of the time but then doesn't fit very well in my folder guarding it. A4 is often too large for most of the bags you're carrying at the time.
I searched for:
How to self publish a book on amazon & put it in a search in You Tube. the results are below. In animated form for your browsing convenience.
Actually they're all really helpful. the only difference is how busy they are at the time you visit.
I then put that into google as a title and started watching what was out there.
I myself love writing articles in English and working with images whichever way they come in
I had no desire to make any money out of it, I just wanted to help people do the job themselves.
If truth be told the only thing I ever cared about is artwork.
I love painting still but have other considerations nowadays.
The main problem I've had so far has been with duplicate pages because they all look
identical which makes it very hard to suggest the idea of progression through your folder.
I bought a page stamp I can use to paginate (from Rymans) you can just write your own if you want, it's a chance where you can put your own style into the document your working on. I love my stamp and rely on handwriting page numbers in when necessary.
Also another very useful thing is working using a 4 ring folder. Most office folders have 2 rings
but that's no good because you want to be able to add pages and indeed take out pages that don't cut the mustard...
