Mental health boundaries.

There is a wide range of mental health problems people in the UK have.
So, I'm aiming for people who have temporary problems that they can recover from
with the right therapy. You might have the same problem your whole life and
have to deal with it through combined therapies with good days and bad days. You might be
on medication that sends you more crazy if you take it, you might be more crazy if you don't take it. I try to go running twice a week with a family member. I'm lucky enough to be off all medication now but medication does help a lot of people and it is important to keep it consistent. I also go to boxing classes for exercise which I really enjoy.
The important thing is your own story and what you use to cope, write about the medication you're on. I can be delusional and not realise where reality has gone some days but I'm lucky I had very real hallucinations which made me think: yes, I'm definitely ill while they were happening. I'm now on no medication but I did find that it turned me into a zombie with very numb emotional responses. The medication was an anti psychotic and it caused me to have a seizure. In summary, I go running twice a week, I go to boxing, I obsess over some things like things to draw. I use 2 different kinds of pad: a lined one for thoughts and a blank one for drawings but it's my way of keeping a grip on reality, I have a lot of thoughts that might amount to nothing but that's the main reason I have personal private therapy.
I have a website but would rather add these posts to it once I've pinned down the topic of mental health. I need to make a summary to consolidate the group.
