I've been running to recover from the mental illness of paranoid psychosis, I thought groups of people wanted to kill me but thankfully the paranoia has gone.
Life is a lot easier without it.
I've also been doing weight training at my local youth support centre. I need to work on the upper body strength. It has a boxing influence so I'm also learning how to box at the same time. I really enjoy it and sometimes it feels great to work as part of a team and learn to throw a punch.
