Unemployed and stuck at home, Update:

• Applications sent today: Was considering one that looked professional and full of opportunity. But then after asking for further info the site turned out to be well dodgy so I've held back. Beware phishing, luckily most browsers offer you a warning that the site you're viewing is malevolent. 
• Then looked at opportunities to volunteer. There is a site to register with but I think I've taken that as far as I can go including filling out a survey. Will get on the phone after writing this to speak to some real people to make absolutely sure all volunteer positions are covered.
• Exotic meals made: None but just had Chicken Soup with Toast for lunch. Am quite full but considering making a banana milkshake because I have the will and the motivation. And a surplus of fruit.
• Pet Health: Cat's doing well. One tried to use my back as a climbing wall this morning. Unfortunately my skin is still puncturable by claws. It was a good idea to open up the whole flat so I can keep an eye on them. They like to practice touch typing. So far no new works of Shakespeare have emerged but it's only a matter of time. Both now napping the spare room.
• Rejections received: None. I'm still awaiting an award winning quality of rejection letter. After all if everything in life is a chance why not make a letter that motivates and captures the spirit? If 404 error pages can be creative then so can rejection letters. Although this could well be because I haven't applied for much recently. Not for want of trying.
• I-Player programs and films watched. None, Todays all about being a volunteer....
